I am an optimist by nature – and every new challenge is an incentive and motivation for me. What drives me are the goals and wishes of my clients, especially their perceived hurdles.

I have been involved in sports for over 30 years, have been a self-employed personal trainer for 17 years and have both the knowledge and life experience to reliably lead you to the sunny side of life.
I live and work in the south of Berlin, in Potsdam and Kleinmachnow. A wonderful environment to set out on your journey: trust me, I will accompany and support you on the way to a new, better attitude to life.
Online personal training is also possible at any time and is very easy to implement with zoom.

WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Personal training is one-on-one training. The focus is on personal support for my clients with an individually created training plan. The professional coordination of all training steps ensures better motivation, greater safety and faster results.

THE FIRST STEP – Health Checkup
Personal training is tailor-made, from the checkup to the individual training modules and questions about a healthy lifestyle. I advise, train and accompany you. Discreetly, professionally and with confidence. The entire training program is tailored to you and your goals, your physical requirements and your individual ideas. If necessary, we can also discuss the topic of weight loss and I can help you find the right way for you to reach and maintain your desired weight.
As part of personal training, I will give you valuable advice on what you can change in your everyday life to improve your fitness, reduce your weight and establish a healthier lifestyle.
I am at your side with my expertise and knowledge – as a professional training partner who will guide you and protect you from unsuitable exercises or excessive demands.
THE SECOND STEP – Goals
No matter whether you are a man or a woman and regardless of your age – I warmly invite you to take the first steps on a path that will awaken your joy of activity and do a lot of good for your health. Personal training with me can and should be the starting point for a change that will give you a new, more intense attitude to life – with better fitness, more strength, more mobility and, last but not least, more resilience in all situations.
Based on your current fitness level, we will work together to set realistic goals and pursue them with fun and joy.

Do you feel that you are lacking in fitness and want to get back into shape?
There are many ways to improve your endurance and regain your physical performance. This makes it all the more important to find the right path for you. Getting back into cardio training in particular should be accompanied by a professional to avoid overexertion. Training your heart muscle will not only make you feel fitter and better, but may also have a positive effect on elevated blood pressure, blood fat and insulin levels.

Have you noticed for some time that your back hurts more often or that your figure has changed? In addition to endurance and strength, the third important component of our training is flexibility. This improves the mobility of your entire body, which will have a positive effect on your joints and spine as well as the stretchability of your muscles and tendons.
I offer muscle building training that strengthens all of your muscles and improves your physical condition so that you can cope with your everyday life without any problems. Regular muscle building training not only helps to balance out muscular imbalances and improve the performance of the entire musculoskeletal system, but also increases bone density and thus prevents osteoporosis. With my balanced training, we can get your body back into shape and define it the way you want it. This is achieved, for example, by using your own body weight or by training with various small devices. But also by looking at the connection between weight gain, lifestyle and hormonal changes.

Are you familiar with Pilates training?
Pilates has been very popular for several years and is another way to build muscle and shape the body as desired and bring it back into balance. This is a holistic concept in which the deep muscles are trained. The method respects the individual anatomy of the person, their possibilities and their limits. Regardless of age and physical condition, the method can be learned by anyone. Pilates aims at the conscious, intelligent interaction of body and mind.
My Pilates training releases energy instead of using it up. I have been intensively involved with Pilates for many years and am a member of the German Pilates Association (DPV).
THE THIRD STEP – Implementation
Pilates Allegro Reformer is the „heart“ of Pilates equipment training and is equipped with a special spring mechanism and movable seating and lying surfaces. It offers an incredible variety of exercises that intensively target and strengthen all of your muscles. I can inspire beginners and advanced users alike with this exercise device and it is also ideal for rehabilitation and getting back into exercise after sports injuries.
You will quickly feel the holistic and positive effect on your body. A new body feeling emerges that will inspire you.
When do we start changing your life?
We will find out together which form of training is best for you. Let us start your sporting journey together. Even if you are very busy at work or in your private life, we will find a balance for you together, with the appropriate flexibility and individuality and the alternation of tension and relaxation.
